Join Tracy as she walks around the world looking for answers and adventure.
In her first book, One Woman’s Camino, Tracy captured the hearts of readers all over the world with a mother-daughter adventure about walking 500 miles across Spain on El Camino de Santiago. Her story recounts the challenges and rewards of this ancient pilgrimage including the endurance needed to walk 500 miles, the fellow pilgrims she meets from around the world, and the lessons that come from a journey of self-discovery.
In her second book, One Woman in the Himalayas, we find Tracy on Nepal’s famed Annapurna Circuit. When red flags start to appear on her high-altitude trek in the shadow of the world’s highest mountains – unpredictable weather, trekkers stranded on the high pass, and a fragile infrastructure following 2015’s devastating earthquake – Tracy brings readers along on a raw and wild ride.
Tracy’s newest book, Life on Stony Run is an enchanting story featuring a curious little girl named Rosie and her menagerie of barnyard and woodland friends. It’s geared towards children ages 7-11 and is chockfull of life lessons.
Set in 1925 on a farm in Central Pennsylvania, Life on Stony Run is bursting with the wonders of a big red barn, the beauty of Penn’s Woods, and the quirky personalities of the animals who live there. Rosie’s best friend is a beautiful and wise Friesian horse named Jet. Described as “reminiscent of Charlotte’s Web,” this story is about friendship, honesty, compassion, and goodness learned from two- and four-legged friends alike.
